Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Project Lead to join our team. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional client experiences by providing expert services, advice, and strategic guidance across various fields and industries.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day project delivery, lead project teams, and advise clients on best practices to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

In addition to technical expertise, the Strategic Project Lead builds and maintains strong client relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and contributes to the successful delivery of projects.

Internally, this individual is a key influencer of our culture, values, and reputation, helping set the tone across teams and supporting colleagues in aligning with our mission and vision.

  • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout project or program delivery
  • Plan and execute projects, including defining scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
  • Coordinate and lead project teams to ensure work is delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting proposal development
  • Deliver high-quality services, conduct project debriefs, and ensure all deliverables meet expectations
  • Maintain quality control by reviewing outputs, providing feedback, and ensuring alignment with standards
  • Lead, mentor, and support junior team members, fostering growth and capability development
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging methodologies, and technologies relevant to the field
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Professional experience in the education sector
  • A proven track record of designing human-centred learning experiences and developing online learning
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
