Role Overview
">- The Medical Oncology Consultant is a key role within our Multidisciplinary Care Framework. They deliver top-tier clinical care to patients in the Medical Oncology Department, excelling in both individual performance and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
">- Teach medical students, trainee medical officers, and relevant Nursing and Allied Health professionals.
- Participate in clinical audit, quality and safety management, clinical risk assessment, research endeavors, and ongoing medical education initiatives.
- Deliver surgical, medical, paediatric, obstetrics and gynaecology, intensive care, and psychiatry services as well as extended care and regional services.
Requirements
">- Be registered with AHPRA or on RACP training program within 6 months of completing fellowship.
- Hold FRACP or be eligible for Competent Authority Pathway - UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, NZ.
- Assessed by RACP and found to be substantially comparable.
