Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for the welcome area and handle office support queries related to office and building amenities, as well as meeting rooms.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies, ensuring availability and cost-efficiency.
  • Assist the Office Experience team with purchase orders and invoice processing.
  • Sort all incoming mail and deliveries and organize outgoing couriers.
  • Monitor the Office Experience inbox and action any appropriate requests.
  • Work alongside the Office Experience team to ensure smooth running of office activations and events to boost employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with the Office Experience team, housekeeping staff, cleaners, and building management to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for office services, repairs, and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in office coordination or a related administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and third parties.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Windows office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and precision in all areas of work.
