
Part-time Document Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Part-time Document Coordinator to join our engineering team in Perth.
As a Part-time Document Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining document control systems and processes for the engineering teams across our offices in Perth, Brisbane, and Melbourne.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all documents are correctly filed and easily accessible
- Reviewing and updating documents for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure document consistency
- Tracking document versions and maintaining a document control register
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation for reviews and audits
- Providing training and support to staff on document control procedures
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role, supporting an engineering team. Key qualifications include:
- Previous file management/document control experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong to advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Demonstrated typing skills at around 60 wpm
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships across teams
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Genuinely passionate about delivering high-quality results
- A proactive approach and the ability to anticipate needs and prioritise tasks effectively
