Project Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the planning, scheduling and execution of various construction projects from inception to completion.

This role involves collaborating closely with diverse clients to deliver high-quality projects on time. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining proactive communication channels with exceptional responsiveness to all stakeholders
  • Obtaining necessary permits, licenses, inductions and certificates from relevant authorities
  • Conducting kick-off meetings for major projects and ensuring seamless handovers
  • Determining resource requirements (manpower, equipment, materials) from start to finish

To excel in this position, you must have prior experience in project supervision or a related field, such as building or civil construction. Your outstanding communication and negotiation skills will enable you to build strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients. Additionally, you should possess a solid understanding of construction procedures, material management principles and quality standards.
