We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.

**Job Description:**

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of luxury homes projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and adherence to all occupational health and safety requirements.

**Responsibilities may include:**

  • Ensuring timely delivery of each project.
  • Consistently adhering to all Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with WA building code legislations.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and the community.
  • On-site management of specific trades and subcontractors.
  • Contributing to process reports and relevant documentation.
  • Completion of quality documentation.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 5+ years' experience in a similar position. You will possess proven knowledge of Western Australian building codes and a background in trade or relevant industry. NDIS experience is highly advantageous. You must also have exceptional quality assurance skills, a keen eye for detail, brilliant time management and organisational skills, and the ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines.
