Room Reservation Manager

As a key member of our hotel team, the successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the reservations department to ensure seamless and efficient room reservation handling.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support the reservations team to maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of room reservations, including individual, group, and corporate bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings in the property management system (PMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with the Revenue and Sales teams to analyze and optimize room occupancy, rates, and team performance.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
