**Customer Service Role in Western Australia**

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work as a Customer Service Officer for an NDIS plan management provider in Western Australia. This entry-level role offers comprehensive initial training and ongoing support, enabling you to develop your NDIS career.

As part of our dynamic team, you will work alongside experts who advocate for choice and control, reducing barriers for people living with disabilities. The successful candidate will be required to complete an 6-8 week induction training course before working in the office from Monday to Friday with full-time 8 hour shifts between 7am - 7pm.

  • Responding to inbound calls from existing and prospective clients/providers
  • Managing client budgets and processing invoices
  • Reviewing client plans and re-connecting with existing clients
  • Assisting with customer feedback and documenting accordingly
  • Performing administrative duties and support to the wider team

To be successful in this role, you must reside in Western Australia and hold current work rights in Australia. You will be supported to proactively participate in self-development, with a view to moving towards a Level 2 Customer Service Officer role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide general guidance on plan management services to clients, liaising with key service providers
  2. Maintain client records in a confidential manner
