Job Title: Service Advocate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer enquiries and relationships through phone calls, emails and face-to-face interactions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet customer expectations and requirements.
  • Prepare and follow up on customer quotes while supporting sales teams across Australia.
  • Resolve issues and improve customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus with ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.
