Childcare Advocate Role

We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Advocate to provide a nurturing environment for children's social and emotional development. This role involves fostering positive relationships within the school community, supporting educators, and driving our mission to give every child the best day ever.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive relationship with the school community
  • Support and guide a team of educators
  • Create an open, caring, and engaged work environment

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in childcare or willingness to enroll in a relevant qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Police Clearances and Reference Checks from a previous manager
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe environment for vulnerable children
