About the Role

">

An exciting opportunity exists for a senior commercial lawyer with at least 5 years' post admission experience to join our busy and successful practice group in Newcastle.

">

You will be exposed to a range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and privacy. The workload is high quality, varied and interesting.

">

The role is suitable for candidates wishing to work either full-time or part-time and flexible working arrangements are offered.

About You

">

To be successful in this role you will need to be a commercial lawyer with at least 5 years' post admission experience, ideally with experience in a wide range of commercial transactions and corporate advisory work.

In addition to your strong technical skills, you will be highly organised, display strong written and verbal communication, and demonstrate an ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

You will be a team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision while displaying the highest standards of professionalism and excellent attention to detail.
