">About the Role
">An exciting opportunity exists for a senior commercial lawyer with at least 5 years' post admission experience to join our busy and successful practice group in Newcastle.
">You will be exposed to a range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and privacy. The workload is high quality, varied and interesting.
">The role is suitable for candidates wishing to work either full-time or part-time and flexible working arrangements are offered.
">About You
">To be successful in this role you will need to be a commercial lawyer with at least 5 years' post admission experience, ideally with experience in a wide range of commercial transactions and corporate advisory work.
">In addition to your strong technical skills, you will be highly organised, display strong written and verbal communication, and demonstrate an ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
">You will be a team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision while displaying the highest standards of professionalism and excellent attention to detail.
