Job Description

Lead and manage contracts, supplier performance, KPIs, and risk for the Customer Services Division. Drive value, efficiency, and compliance while fostering strong supplier relationships and ensuring commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to ensure successful partnerships with suppliers.
  • Procurement Planning: Create and execute procurement plans that drive value for money and meet business needs.
  • Risk Assurance: Provide assurance and monitoring of supplier performance, identifying and mitigating risks to our business.
  • Supplier Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key suppliers, promoting collaboration and mutual benefits.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Law or related field.
  • Comprehensive background in contract management with a strong sense of business ethics and probity.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and negotiating contracts to achieve efficiency and value for money outcomes.
  • Demonstrated application of procurement and contracting across a range of categories.
  • Well-developed business/commercial acumen with a focus on customer service.
  • Evidence of capacity to effectively influence stakeholders to deliver value for money.
