We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking professional to support our manufacturing operations teams.

Job Overview

This role will provide administrative services to sites across SA, TAS, and NT based at our Forestville site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts stocktakes for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Oversees the full purchase ordering process: requisitions, invoice processing, coding, and budget alignment.
  • Manages the CHEP account and Rapid Induct system.
  • Coordinates with the Centralised Purchasing Team.
  • Supports and drives site culture initiatives.
  • Delivers comprehensive administrative support to the site team.
  • Handles front-of-house duties: greeting visitors, managing calls, mail, deliveries, amenities, and site functions.
  • Orders stationery and manages site security access cards.
  • Updates SOPs and maintains historical records through document filing.
  • Liaises with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provides admin support for GMP audits.
  • Occasional travel to sites as required.
About You

You make complex operations feel seamless. Your proactive mindset and natural ability to anticipate needs make you the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly.

  • Minimum of 2 years Admin experience.
  • Knowledge in Excel and Microsoft office products.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately while meeting deadlines.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with SAP (desirable).
  • Strong interpersonal written and verbal skills.
