
Strategic Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team.
This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximising gross margins through strategic market analysis and business development initiatives.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to optimise financial performance and achieve revenue targets
- Steering the organisation by sharing functional expertise and providing financial recommendations to drive sustained growth, optimal performance and long-term profitability
- Securing compliance with policies and standards, as well as developing and promoting lean, simple and effective ways of working
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A proven track record of leadership experience, solid commercial business knowledge and a cross-functional understanding of furniture retailing
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to recognise trends and translate them into business opportunities
- Able to communicate complex financial and technical information effectively to diverse stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships with various business partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Excel, with PowerBI experience highly regarded
