Strategic Growth Manager

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's growth strategy, driving market expansion across Australia and forging high-impact relationships with clients, consultants, and government stakeholders.

This position offers an opportunity to leverage commercial acumen and technical expertise to drive business development and propel the company's success.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a national business development strategy to grow the civil infrastructure and transport sector.
  • Build and maintain lasting partnerships with clients, consultants, and government stakeholders.
  • Lead pursuits, proposals, and project positioning strategies alongside technical leaders to secure new business opportunities.
  • Attend conferences, industry events, and networking sessions to elevate market presence and brand influence.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align all initiatives with commercial objectives and long-term vision.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of business development, strategic partnership building, and commercial leadership within the engineering consultancy space.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
  • Proven ability to integrate commercial and technical aspects of engineering projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
