Martinus Rail is a rail construction company working on some of Australia's largest rail infrastructure projects.
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our Business Development team here in Brisbane, Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies aligned with market trends and client needs.
- Identifying and mapping potential business opportunities, including evaluating new markets and sectors for expansion.
- Managing and maintaining the company's major project pipeline, including leading tenders, coordinating bid processes, and facilitating project initiation meetings.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholders to generate business growth.
- Conducting proactive client outreach through lead generation, prospecting, and targeted engagement initiatives.
- Preparing, negotiating, and managing contracts and commercial agreements with clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Developing and presenting tailored business proposals and solutions that meet client requirements and support company objectives.
- Supporting the Business Development Director in planning, reporting, and executing strategic initiatives, including the preparation of weekly activity and performance reports.
