Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our project teams, focusing on risk and issue management, scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project teams in managing risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project objectives.
  • Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation to meet project requirements, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and maintain accurate reports, providing stakeholders with up-to-date information on project progress.
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders to foster good working relationships and ensure effective communication.
  • Take ownership of small work packages, delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of cyber security technologies and principles.
  • Experience in supporting large project teams, particularly in risk and issue management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing project objectives.
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of small work packages and deliver results with autonomy.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Knowledge or certification in project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, Agile) to support structured project delivery.
  • Experience working in a Security Operations Centre environment.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
