About the Opportunity

Our organization is seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying the value proposition of our solution to prospective customers identified via strategic outreach initiatives.

This is a results-driven environment, ideal for individuals who thrive on achieving targets and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify New Opportunities: Define business challenges to be addressed, match them to our capabilities, and determine the size of the opportunity in the pipeline.
  • Forecast Success: Engage with prospects to gain high-quality information for accurate forecasting of opportunity size and expected contract close.
  • Grow Revenue: Convert pipeline opportunities into new signed annual recurring revenue (ARR) to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Closing Deals: Prepare proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine messaging and ensure smooth onboarding transitions.
  • Strategic Mapping: Contribute to strategic mapping of market opportunities and drive incremental ARR growth for the team and the organization.
  • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives based on experience to deliver solutions to customer problems more effectively and accelerate revenue velocity.
  • Maintain Key Relationships: Maintain ongoing relationships with senior customer executives of strategic accounts to ensure alignment and future expansion opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales in software as a service.
  • Experience in healthtech software as a service is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing deals in a software as a service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
