Senior Clinical Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Clinical Nurse Manager.
About the RoleIn this role, you will oversee the clinical and operational management of our withdrawal unit, leading a team of approximately 15 Registered Nurses and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses.
You will be responsible for providing day-to-day clinical oversight of withdrawal management and client wellbeing, facilitating and monitoring the integration and coordination of residents' treatment and recovery processes.
Additionally, you will participate in the clinical review of individual/group treatment plans in collaboration with the relevant teams and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities- Use a data-driven approach to provide clinical oversight and ensure high-quality care.
- Facilitate the integration and coordination of treatment and recovery processes.
- Participate in clinical reviews and develop treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams.
- Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, including coaching, developing, and evaluating their performance.
- Promote the program and build relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community groups.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Extensive experience working in a withdrawal, AODS, residential rehabilitation, or related service delivery setting.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership and staff development, with a focus on achieving high performance and engagement.
- Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients, staff, and stakeholders.
