Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our guests.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment to showcase their skills and passion for hospitality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare equipment, station & stock for service
  • Prepare cocktails and other beverages to a high standard
  • Provide an exceptional level of service for guests
  • Complete closing duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a premium venue
  • Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task
  • Time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude
  • Professional presentation and strong communication
  • Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
  • Must obtain valid RSA Certificate
