About the Opportunity

We are looking for the industry's finest Cocktail Bartender to join our team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment and genuine interest for hospitality.

Main Role Responsibilities
  • Prepare equipment, station & stock for service
  • Prepare cocktails and other beverages to a high standard
  • Provide an exceptional level of service for guests
  • Complete closing duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
  • Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a premium venue
  • Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task
  • Time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Professional presentation and strong communication
  • Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
  • Must obtain valid RSA Certificate
