Doxa Community Club is a premier hospitality brand that operates at two stunning venues in Melbourne's CBD: Clocks at Flinders Street and Central Point. All our profits from our hospitality and gaming venues are donated to the Doxa Youth Foundation to assist with programs for disadvantaged children and young people.

This role will be assigned to our basement Bar - Miss Gunn's located at the basement of Clocks at Flinders. Miss Gunn's is a small, intimate basement bar known for quality drinks and warm hospitality — and we're looking for a Cocktail Bartender to join our close-knit team.

You'll need solid knowledge of classic cocktails and a strong understanding of whisky. While wine knowledge is a bonus, it's not required. What is essential is a guest-focused mindset — we provide full table service, so creating a welcoming, personalised experience for each guest is key.

We are looking for someone who is available to work from Wednesday to Saturday, for a total of 30 hours per week.
