Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a premium setting is essential.
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge and skills are required.
  • Proven ability to deliver a premium guest experience and consistent service sequences is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate has a passion for crafting cocktails and providing exceptional customer service.
  • A right attitude with attention-to-detail ethic is key; we can teach everything else.
  • Experience as a mixologist or bartender in a luxury hospitality environment is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster including evenings weekends and public holidays is required.
