We are seeking a talented Mixologist to join our dynamic team at Falls Creek for the upcoming Winter season. As a Mixologist, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by combining creativity with extensive knowledge of beverages.

You will prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages according to established recipes, engage with guests to assess their preferences, and recommend beverages that suit their tastes. You will stay updated on the latest drink trends and craft seasonal cocktails. Maintaining an organized and clean bar area is also essential, ensuring all supplies are stocked.

To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume bar setting. In-depth knowledge of mixology, cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends is required. Strong customer service and communication skills are also necessary, along with the ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Additional requirements include current RSA certification and knowledge of responsible service of alcohol, as well as a willingness to commit for the entire winter season, including weekends and holidays. A passion for hospitality and creating unique guest experiences is also essential.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in promotional events and collaborate on marketing strategies related to bar offerings
Requirements
