About the Role

We're seeking a skilled bartender to join our dynamic team at our rooftop bar.

In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering outstanding customer service to every guest.

As a bartender, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every drink is prepared with consistency and flair.

You'll engage with guests in a warm, confident, and attentive manner, providing a truly memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming way.
  • Set up and pack down the bar each shift, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and stock readiness.
  • Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and reporting low stock or supply needs.
  • Support special events and activations hosted at the venue.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender in a high-volume or premium venue.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, and bar techniques.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and passion for presentation and service excellence.
  • Current RSA Certificate.
