Job Title: Internal Sales Representative

Roc Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Representative to join their team. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of established customer accounts, maintaining existing business levels, and identifying growth opportunities within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify sales lead opportunities to drive profitable sales growth
  • Identify sales opportunities within your Portfolio
  • Create a specific plan of action for managing Portfolio customers within your Sales region
  • Ensure face-to-face visit requirements are coordinated through aligned Account Managers
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness
  • Develop opportunities with companies not currently on the database
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration
  • Liaise effectively across functions to ensure customers are delighted
Requirements:
  • A background in internal sales and account management
  • Experience in commercial competitor awareness
  • Customer Service qualities
  • Strong Relationship Builder
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Zoom / Microsoft Teams
  • Social Media Networking skills
What We Offer:
  • A base salary of up to $85k PA + Superannuation
  • Full product training
