Sales Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Cars24. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring our customers feel valued and supported throughout their car-buying journey.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction: Build trust with customers by being timely, reliable, and communicative, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Test Drives and Sales: Conduct test drives with customers, ask the right questions, and close sales in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the customer operations team to develop and implement customer-facing processes, ensuring seamless car-buying experiences.
- Administrative Tasks: Liaise with the customer operations team to ensure all paperwork is completed smoothly and efficiently.
- Valid Driver's License: A current and valid driver's license is essential for this role.
- Positive Attitude: A proactive and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
