Change Management Lead

The Level Crossing Removal Project is seeking a Change Management Lead to join the Employee Experience team. This integral role will manage change and communications required to roll out strategic initiatives and programs for the People and Culture team, enhancing the experience of all employees.

About the Role:
  • Manage change management project delivery, creating detailed plans that support employees adapting to the change initiatives while meeting project timelines.
  • Develop communications that align with our tone and culture, providing guidance and information content where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead cross-functional teams in implementing organizational changes, ensuring effective communication and minimal disruption.
  2. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of initiatives, resolving issues through collaboration and problem-solving.
  3. Collaborate with the Communications and Stakeholder Relations teams to enhance the success delivery of initiatives.
About You:
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, engaging with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong focus on results-driven deliverables.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent is desirable.
