Strategic Change Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to lead the implementation of our comprehensive Change Management Framework.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and executing communication strategies to drive stakeholder engagement and senior leadership alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing tailored change strategies and actionable plans to address project scope and impact.
  • Collaborating with Program and Project Managers to integrate change management into project delivery and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Conducting training needs analysis and supporting the creation of high-quality training materials.
  • Establishing metrics to measure change adoption, readiness, and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualifications or extensive experience in change management or digital transformation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and gain executive support.
  • Experience integrating change strategies into project plans to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft compelling strategic messaging.
  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines.
