Lead Organisational Change Specialist
">We're embarking on a transformative journey, reimagining the future of our organisation. As the Lead Organisational Change Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless transition, harnessing your expertise to drive cultural shift and foster a collaborative environment.
">Within this 12-month Fixed Term Contract, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver internal transformational change. Key responsibilities will include:
">- Building out the organisational change framework, assessing, planning, executing and sustaining changes across various streams and processes.
- Collaborating across the business to ensure maximum impact and sustained change.
- Facilitating effective engagement with stakeholders, process owners and implementation partners.
- Developing and leading implementation processes, focusing on organisational design and ways of working.
- Collaborating with the broader team to assess and provide input into training needs analysis and advise on potential training requirements.
- Ensuring the workforce is equipped to adapt to all organisational changes and events.
- Creating the change sustainability plan, ensuring continuous feedback and improvement of the change program.
- Identifying, raising and handling risks and issues with potential impact on delivery of change activities.
- Assisting in the preparation of multifaceted reports on change plans against critical pathways.
In this exciting new role, there's an opportunity to bring your tried and true relationship building skills and end-to-end change project delivery experience to genuine impact. You'll also have:
">- Experience in significant organisational transformations with a demonstrable record of successful delivery across a range of organisations.
- Previous experience with workflow management tools would be advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of change management frameworks, methods and models, with a structured approach to delivery.
- Experience defining and delivering effective resources for peers.
- A solid background working across organisations collaborating with a multitude of varied team members.
- The know-how to problem-solve situations and influence outcomes to mitigate risk and change resistance.
- A self-starter who can operate independently.
- Able to operate at both a strategic and a delivery level when it comes to managing change.
