Job Summary

We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Change Implementation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of change initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify potential impacts on business processes and systems.
  • Analyze risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure their needs are addressed and align with project objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans to promote awareness and buy-in for change initiatives.
  • Support the development of change management plans, including training and support strategies.
  • Monitor progress and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the change process.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Change Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in change management, preferably in an ecommerce or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in change management tools and methodologies.
