- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, including communication, training, and support strategies.
- Monitor progress and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (ideal).
- Proven experience in change management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in change management tools and methodologies.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience with business process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
