Job Opportunity: Folder Gluer Machine Operator

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key position in our packaging team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate folder gluer machines for straight-line, auto-lock bottom, 4/6 corner, and specialty fold jobs.
  • Adjust glue systems (cold glue, hot melt) for consistent, high-quality application of adhesives.
  • Monitor production runs, perform in-process inspections, and ensure product quality meets our standards.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
  • Follow job specifications and meet daily production targets while working collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience operating folder gluer equipment in a packaging or converting environment.
  • A strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to set up, adjust, and perform minor repairs.
  • Familiarity with substrates like paperboard and corrugate.
  • An attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a production environment.
  • A team-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
