What You'll Do
Set up and operate folder gluer machines (Bobst, Jagenberg, Omega, or similar)
Run straight-line, auto-lock bottom, 4/6 corner, and specialty fold jobs
Adjust glue systems (cold glue, hot melt) for consistent, high-quality application
Monitor production runs, perform in-process inspections, and ensure product quality
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance
Follow job specifications and meet daily production targets
Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams
Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience operating folder gluer equipment
in a packaging or converting environment
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to set up, adjust, and perform minor repairs
Familiarity with substrates like paperboard and corrugate
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a production environment
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Dependable with a positive attitude and flexibility for overtime as needed
