We are seeking a skilled and experienced Folder Gluer Machine Operator to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating folder gluer machines, ensuring high-quality products and meeting daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate folder gluer machines (Bobst, Jagenberg, Omega, or similar)">
  • Run straight-line, auto-lock bottom, 4/6 corner, and specialty fold jobs">
  • Adjust glue systems (cold glue, hot melt) for consistent, high-quality application">
  • Monitor production runs, perform in-process inspections, and ensure product quality">
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience operating folder gluer equipment in a packaging or converting environment">
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to set up, adjust, and perform minor repairs">
  • Familiarity with substrates like paperboard and corrugate">
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work">
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a production environment">
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills">
  • Dependable with a positive attitude and flexibility for overtime as needed">
