A Box Folder Gluer Operator is needed for a dynamic packaging company.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to operate and maintain folder gluer equipment in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running, setting up, and troubleshooting folder gluer machines (Bobst, Jagenberg, Omega, or similar).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate folder gluer machines efficiently.
  • Run straight-line, auto-lock bottom, 4/6 corner, and specialty fold jobs with high precision.
  • Adjust glue systems for consistent, high-quality application.
  • Monitor production runs, perform in-process inspections, and ensure product quality meets our standards.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.
  • Follow job specifications and meet daily production targets.
  • Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience operating folder gluer equipment in a packaging or converting environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to set up, adjust, and perform minor repairs.
  • Familiarity with substrates like paperboard and corrugate.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a production environment.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Dependable with a positive attitude and flexibility for overtime as needed.
