We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Case Manager.

About the Role

You'll work collaboratively with team members to provide culturally appropriate and safe support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing safety and support plans, and coordinating wrap-around support services.

  • You'll have strong communication, assessment, and case planning skills, with a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach.
  • Experience working respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities is essential.
  • A tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, human services or a related field, or equivalent lived experience, is required.

This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families affected by problematic and harmful sexual behaviours.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, human services or a related field, or equivalent lived experience.
  • Experience working respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
  • Strong understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal communities, families and children.
