About The Opportunity

The Lifestyle Services Coordinator plays a key leadership role in providing exceptional Living and Lifestyle experiences and services for our residents and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead an innovative program of individual and group activities and services.
  • Lead and develop a team of Lifestyle Officers.
  • Ensure optimal attendance and growth within the team.
  • Comply with all relevant Aged Care Quality Standards.

About You

  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (essential).
  • Experience as a Lifestyle Services Assistant or Coordinator.
  • Knowledge of working with diverse cognitive and physical abilities.
  • Involvement in creating and implementing innovative programs to meet specific resident needs.
