Job Opportunity

The Legislation and Government Law Unit is responsible for delivering legal services to support the department's strategic objectives. This role provides advice and manages projects in relation to all aspects of the department's legislative and regulatory agenda.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the work of the unit including the development, management and implementation of legislative and regulatory projects.
  • Provide technical and complex legal analysis, legal advice, legislative drafting, legal policy, project management and effective stakeholder engagement.
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree of Laws or equivalent is required. The role is open to applicants who will complete a Bachelor's degree in 2025.
