  • Lead the Legal Services Department encompassing five lawyers, an Integrity and Compliance Manager, FOI and Privacy functions, and support staff.
  • Manage complex civil and criminal litigation, coronial investigations, regulatory inquiries, and legislative reform initiatives.
About You
  • Legally qualified with current Australian unrestricted practising certificate and minimum 10 years' post-admission experience or equivalent.
  • Proven senior legal leadership in executive management roles delivering strategic legal services.
  • Outstanding expertise in complex litigation management, regulatory investigations, and legislative interpretation.
  • Demonstrated experience in public sector legal frameworks, policy, compliance, and governance structures.
