Global Employee Relations Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a global environment with a focus on employee relations and stakeholder engagement.

About the Role
  • Provide expert support to employees and key stakeholders on all employment-related matters
  • Collaborate closely with HR business partners to ensure effective employee relations
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and grievances
  • Develop and maintain employee relations policies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Create and review employment documentation
  • Lead workplace investigations into various matters
  • Support strategic projects related to employee and labour relations, risk management, compliance, and process improvement
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in Industrial Relations, Law, or Commerce
  • A strong track record of experience in HR or Employee Relations within Australia and/or New Zealand
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of employment and labour laws
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
