Employee Relations Specialist Role

This position requires an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to manage complex employee matters, oversee workplace grievances and investigations, and provide guidance to leaders. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience providing ER advice in a fast-paced organization and proven experience conducting conciliations and disciplinary matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
