Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Reservation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Reservations Department, you'll play a crucial role in managing daily operations and supporting the team in achieving departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in leading the Reservations Department and support the team in achieving departmental objectives.
  2. Maintain a high level of reputation for the hotel and contribute to increasing overall profitability.
  3. Organize daily tasks and ensure seamless execution.
  4. Conduct daily briefings to keep the team informed.
  5. Implement revenue strategies and ensure their successful execution.
  6. Ensure the team adheres to ResaVision standards.
  7. Prepare and submit reports on time.
  8. Provide guests with accurate and up-to-date information.
  9. Ensure pre-check-in procedures are followed.
  10. Develop strong relationships with guests, including individuals, agencies, and companies.
  11. Contribute to operational efficiency by performing assigned duties.
  12. Utilize knowledge of margins to negotiate prices effectively.
  13. Manage the upsell program for Reservations and Front Desk.
  14. Embody Accor's Vision and Values in daily work.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel Reservations.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications and Opera PMS is an advantage.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as organizational skills.
  5. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  6. High level of responsibility and reliability.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  8. Capacity to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
