Job Title: Senior Coastal Modeler

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our coastal modeling team.

This position will be part of a diverse team contributing to various projects, with a focus on renewable energy and Defence at a regional, national and global scale.

  • Collaborating with engineers to provide innovative solutions to marine ecological issues.
  • Analyzing met-ocean/oceanographic data.
  • Undertaking three-dimensional hydrodynamic modeling and two-dimensional spectral wave modeling.
  • Conducting numerical modeling for dredging, waste water discharges and oil spills.
  • SUPPORTING coastal modeling assessments.
  • Providing environmental advice to clients.
  • Contributing to proposal development and review.
  • Project management and coordination.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

• Develop and implement effective modeling strategies.

• Analyze complex data sets to inform project decisions.
