About the Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD STRONG LOCAL RELATIONSHIPS to facilitate collaboration and engagement within the initiative.
  • Research, explore, and promote strengths-based approaches to community-led systems change, providing effective leadership in its implementation.
  • Identify capacity development and support needs within the initiative, ensuring members understand the objectives, principles, and approaches, and how their activities align with the overall vision.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and governance groups to develop and implement strategies, policies, and processes, ensuring leadership and working groups operate effectively.
  • MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS of services provided as per requirements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in human services, education, communications, or related field.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of systems issues facing vulnerable children, young people, and families.
  • Strong understanding of collective impact principles and practices, including effective leadership and ability to shift power to community members.
  • Understanding of evidence-based practices and support for the design and implementation of outcomes measurement frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in collaboration and building strong relationships for achieving project-level outcomes.
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a simple way through written work and group facilitation to multiple audiences.
  • Current unrestricted driver's license.
