  • Balance customer experience, business impact, speed, and quality in your design approach.
  • Leverage research findings, data insights, and user feedback to create actionable design solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver iterative solutions.
  • Effectively communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
  • Proficient in information architecture, user flows, and usability heuristics.
  • Strong understanding of human psychology and cognitive principles.
  • Experience working with design systems and adhering to design principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Figma and its collaborative features.
