Job Description

The Business Operations Analyst plays a key role in analysing operational data to identify trends and enhance business tools.

This dynamic role involves defining requirements, troubleshooting system issues and contributing to strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis across multiple business platforms.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of RS-SQL O'Neil Software and experience working with large digitisation processing teams.

  • Knowledge of and experience working with RS-SQL O'Neil Software including creating appropriate system queries, amending and/or exporting system data through data connections.
  • Proven track record providing technical support for high-speed digitisation bureaus, information processing and logistics environments.
  • Experience using business analysis reporting tools to identify on-demand workload and transaction volume trends through dashboard-type solutions.

The successful candidate will be willing to work flexible hours depending on operational requirements and possess a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and the ability to obtain a baseline security clearance within 6 months of request.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse operational data to capture and report on trends, KPI performance and opportunities.
  • Respond to issues and risks using various platforms and solutions.
  • Provide technical support for high-speed digitisation bureaus, information processing and logistics environments.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of government data/information privacy and security requirements, particularly connecting to business processes and systems analysis, design, support to requirements specification and operational solutions.
