About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic leader to take charge of our large venue, driving real change and growth. This full-time opportunity requires a passionate and emerging people leader to coach, inspire, and elevate a high-performing team.

This role involves leading from the front, motivating and empowering a large, passionate team, with autonomy to deliver real change to the centre. You will be responsible for bringing strategic oversight and day-to-day leadership to ensure a thriving and engaging facility through the aquatics, health club, café, gym and allied health services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate a facility in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive guest experience, sales & retention
  • Coach, develop and mentor staff to achieve exceptional results
  • Ensure operational management meets the highest standards of OHS and public safety

Your Ideal Skills:

  • Proven track record in managing and operating a facility in leisure or service-related industry
  • Strong business and financial management skills
  • Experience in coaching and developing staff
  • Understanding of OHS and public safety applications
