Test Environment and Data Manager

We are seeking a skilled Environment and Test Data Manager to join our team at Westpac Group. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining end-to-end non-production environments (on-prem/cloud) to support multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement test environment and test data strategies for the domain, program of work based on requirements
- Manage contention management, resolving test environment conflicts across programs of work
- Ensure test environment policies, processes, and standards are followed, including controls to identify and mitigate internal issues and risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve environment-related issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as health check processes, tool frameworks, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence
- Define and implement key test environment and test data metrics
- Coach and mentor vendor staff to perform to the highest of their ability
- Coordinate test data refresh and masking activities for enterprise applications, ensuring data compliance requirements are met
- Work in Agile environments
- Experience with industry-standard test environment and test data management tools/platforms
- Demonstrable knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly in incident, change, and problem management
