Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Data Testing Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive data testing plans to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Lead Data Testing Teams: Manage and motivate a team of data testing professionals to deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure data testing aligns with business objectives.
- Identify and Mitigate Data Risks: Proactively identify and mitigate data-related risks to ensure business continuity and minimize data breaches.
- Develop and Implement Data Quality Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure data quality and identify areas for improvement.
- 15+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in managing data testing programs, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Expertise in Data Migration Testing: In-depth knowledge of data migration testing techniques, including ETL testing and data quality assessment.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of data testing professionals to deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Data Testing Tools: Familiarity with data testing tools, including Informatica and other industry-leading solutions.
- Knowledge of Database Technologies: In-depth knowledge of database technologies, including DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL.
- Experience with Scheduling Tools: Familiarity with scheduling tools, including Control-M and ESP.
